Budafok Winery Bus Service is available to the Wine District of Budapest this year too
From March buses depart from the car park located at Blaha Lujza square to Budafok Wineries every half an hour from 1.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. on the first Saturday of each month. You can get on the bus downtown also at Ferenciek square and Szent Gellért square.
As a novelty, this year the buses go every half an hour and start from the car park at Blaha Lujza square. We are waiting for our visitors with new locations, extending gastronomic offer and exciting cultural programs.
The price of the daily ticket bought online is HUF 1000, and HUF 1200 when purchased on the bus; the ticket entitles passengers to unlimited travel on the shuttle operating between the downtown and Budafok Wineries, as well as to discounted tickets to certain locations. Discounts can be used by visitors with district address card this year too.
The gastronomic offer of the winery bus service was extended with three new restaurants beside Borköltők Restaurant: Vasmacska Restaurant, Promontor Restaurant and Istvántanya Inn provide visitors having a daily ticket for the winery bus service or district address cards with a discount of 10%.
